All Things Vivid-Pix!

As always, the better the scan, the better RESTORE is able to help.

Do you do windows?

Clean the platen!  That’s the piece of glass that keeps your photo from falling into the guts of the scanner.  Just as if your picture is dirty, dirt on the glass will be reproduced as a defect in your image.

Even more annoying, it will be in the same spot in all the images you scanned that session.  Even if the rest of the family doesn’t see it, it’ll drive you crazy.

Supporting Support

Have you ever used Vivid-Pix support?  We do our best to answer your questions and fix your problems, or at least tell you why we are unable to do so.

Our burgeoning support staff holds frequent meetings to critique responses and determine the best way to respond to your issues.  The support server hums as all the support techs investigate your inquiries and record the details.

Then the Artificial Intelligence running on the server compares your inquiry to all those before, and also to the sum of all human experience that has come before!  The answers emerge in 12 different languages and bolster the knowledge base for ongoing use.

Or maybe Cindy does her best to answer your questions with non-artificial intelligence, using both her kindness and persistence to help you out.

Maureen scanned the photos and RESTORE-d them. “Mom was thrilled.”

We are happy to share this story and to turn it into a Create Treasured Gifts – FOR FREE recipe:

2020 Started as a year of hope and now ending as a year of hope, as well.

We’ve gone through trials and tribulations, and a well-known adage has never been more true: That which doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

The year has helped me to recognize how precious life’s “simple pleasures” truly are: The connectedness we feel from a handshake, a hug, and a kiss.
